After this letter was the fax from Mamoulides to Broussard with the text of the letter I showed in Part 1.

The written note reads, ” Henry, this is what we talked as being fair to both Councilmen-at-large” signed Aaron.
A two year president’s appointment on GNO,Inc.. Sounds like a board appointment on a public service corporation of some sort. Is the GNO bridge a corporation.

GNO is some regional economic development entity, as I recall.
