Whether it’s the NAZI Case (Simon v Kerlec); the WHIP AND CROSS Case (Lee v JP); or the WHISLEBLOWER Case (Vandenweghe v JP/Theriot) the Jefferson Parish Government’s prejudice against JEWs, BLACKs and Competent WOMEN have not only been a national embarrassment but a serious drain on the JP taxpayers’ largess…

To date, the Simon Case and the Lee Case have been settled … Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars in legal fees and Hundreds of Thousands of dollars in damages … Presently the PRR Case of Vandenweghe has been settled at a cost of over $200,000 Thousand Dollars in legal fees and some $50,000 plus in damages … if the litigation of the Vandenweghe lawsuit in Federal Court continues for any length of time it is guesstimated that the legal fees will top OVER 3/4 OF A MILLION DOLLARS ($750,000) and the damages could exceed THREE MILLION ($3,000,000) because the Parish of Jefferson will lose, and lose big DEFENDING the INDEFENSIBLE…

Trust me, the above cases are the tip of the iceberg … the monies paid in legal fees and damages are staggering… they are in the TENS of MILLIONS !!!

Can’t you just see TheRiot, Broussard, Wilkinson, Whitmer, Barton Gruntz, Bonano, Eula Lopez, Gwen Bolette, Marnie Winters, Roberts, Lagasse, Capella, Congemi, Mike Thomas et al taking the 5th amendment … or better yet, read their depositions and/or view their video depositions before the trial.

I read that the taxpayers of JP have paid over $200,000 to the Phelps, Dunbar law firm for what ? Only to lose the PRR case that shouldn’t have been litigated in the first place.

That Ms. Vandenweghe has in her possession now the same computer and e-mails that she asked for iniatially with a Public Records Request before she filed a lawsuit.

I am beginning to agree with other commenters that there are people in the Parish Administration and Parish Council, who along with the collusion of the Phelps, Dunbar law firm have a PERSONAL VENDETTA against this woman for no other reason than the fact that she did the right thing by reporting wrong doers who had and/or are still doing wrong things.

Apparently even at this late date as the former Parish President and Parish Attorney have been indicted along with their co-conspirator Karen Parker who has pled guilty in the para-legal payroll fraud case that Ms. Vandenweghe originally reported in her Whistleblower claim, these politico thugs would rather waste more taxpayers’ money on outside counsel fees than own up to their moral and ethical responsibility to settle with Ms. Vandenweghe.

I can only pray that a jury or Judge in the Federal Court punish these evil people by awarding her MILLIONS as a result of their abuse of power and corrupt conduct. And I believe they will as more indictments roll out.

What we need is a picture ogf this hog in a pen…a prison pen !!!

I sure hope he gets nailed by AMV personally in that Federal lawsuit. Which brings up another burning question spiraling around this JP hellhole: are the taxpayers going to have to pay for this reprobate’s personal lawyers’ fees like that dumb-ass Council did in the blogosphere case ?
