OK who squealed? Channel 6 picks up coverage of the turmoil in the senior ranks of the Young Administration
What can I say folks except that I was taken to the woodshed yesterday over my post on a supposed harassment lawsuit filed by John Young’s CAA Heather Hilliard against Deputy COO Richard Hart. Now the person that registered the complaint to management at Slabbed did so very nicely and I appreciate that. The person pointed out 2 things:
- This is supposed to be a confidential personnel matter.
- It was leaked to Channel 6 in order to make John Young look bad.
Naturally this made me think about who in their right minds in the chain of command would leak a confidential investigation to Channel 6 and the community (I got my tip from people outside Parish Government)? I think we can narrow down the list of suspects but first let’s get the skinny from WDSU:
The Jefferson Parish Council has called a special executive session for Wednesday in hopes of learning details about an internal investigation involving a top-level member of the administrative staff, the WDSU I-Team has learned.
The move comes shortly after the parish contracted with a local law firm for an independent review of the matter.
I’ll be honest and say I thought originally Hilliard had to be the source of the leak. Now I am convinced she is not and in fact I think I smell a Mini-me in the woodpile. Let’s continue with the I-Team for the reason behind my change of opinion:
The complaint was filed in 2011, but the investigation was handed to the outside firm earlier this month, following the conclusion of a probe by parish Human Resources officials.
So who talked to Channel 6? The unnamed law firm conducting the review? JP Human resources? Or Mini-me after getting a tip from JP Human resources? Let the grandstanding and backstabbing begin!

Well, well, well … we have a Parish President who has learned a lesson … and along with a competent Parish Attorney, both of whom directed that the outside counsel perform due diligence … and investigate Ms. Hilliard’s allegations of harassment …
This management behavior is in stark contrast of how the previous Administration under TheRiot failed, aided by the felon Peggy Barton as Parish Attorney and the collusion of an incompetent and grossly negligent lawyers of Phelps, Dunbar who DID NOT INVESTIGATE the allegations of AMV’s whistleblower claims …
You can go to the bank on this … the felon Peggy Barton and the soon to be indicted mini-me Roberts are most probably behind this … isn’t it curious that this Personnel matter leaked while the felon Peggy Barton currently sits as the Director of Human Resources … and it’s no secret that GretnaMentality is in play here … and mini-me Roberts is Barton’s sponsor to remain on the payroll … it’s a Westbank thing … and let’s not forget the real possibility that mini-me’s Council assistant felon Deano Bonano may be involved too …
And yes J-Y Jelly … the felon Peggy Barton should be fired tomorrow … tout suit !!!

The Parish of Jefferson needs to be suing Phelps, Dunbar for malpractice for recovery of fees paid and for damages regarding their negligent representation in both the Vandenweghe matters and River Birch…not hiring them !!!
However it would be evidentiary irony favoring AMV if in fact it was Phelps, Dunbar’s Sistas of Satan, Kim and Nan, who were retained and did investigate this personnel matter…begging the most obvious question:
WHY DIDN’T THEY, KIM AND NAN, PERFORM THE SAME DUE DILIGENCE WITH REGARDS TO THE ALLEGATIONS OF WRONG DOING OF PARISH OFFICIALS SET FORTH BY AMV IN HER WHITLEBLOWER CLAIMS ???

If someone in government was a target for USAO indictment what would be the first thing you would do if you were that target? Well you would try to do whatever you could to knock out the guy (your arch-enemy) who runs things because if he started helping the Feds or directing employees to cooperate with the Feds then I would be toast as a target.
So what do you do if you are the target–start trying to take down your arch-enemy or if you can’t do that make him as ineffective as possible so those employees understand that I control things around here not my boss.
If the Arch-enemy had any testicular fortitude at all right now he could easily knock this piss ant out of the game and knock out the other malcontents who associate with him who are also trying to keep the status quo in operation. The arch-enemy needs to feed this asshole to the USAO on a silver platter so that everyone knows not to screw with him. Will the arch-enemy lose political contributors because of it–YES but you can always replace a political contributor with another.
Of course you will need to replace some of them anyway since more than a few are going to be indicted and those that aren’t going to be publiclly named by the Feds to ruin their reputation.

Looks like Slabbed has become the true agent of transparency in Jefferson Parish Government. And having such divergent opinions keeps the dialog honest. From whitmergate to J-Y Jelly. From sock puppet to Ashton. From Sop to Nova Scotia. Free speech goes a long way to bust open all the secrecy and cover ups that public officials feed on to facilitate corruption.
I can hardly wait to see what went on at Roberts’ executive (secret) session today.

Judging from the site traffic on this post Eyewigger I must agree. I forget exactly how popular we are in JP Governmental circles.
That said after finding out how TheRiot personally dislikes me I’m sorry now that I didn’t take a picture sitting in his council chair that day I infiltrated the Yenni Building back in May 2010.

Having followed this story since it broke … I find it both amusing and incriminating that this personnel matter is being played out by the book, that being the Jefferson Parish Charter …
However not so long ago, I don’t remember mini-me Roberts grandstanding about having the then Council of Clowns, of which he was a district member, demand to be included in an internal investigation into AMV’s Whistleblower allegations of wrong doing by Parish Officials … factual truths of wrong doing that so far has been the foundation of an FED Investigation, butressed by a La, Legislative Auditor’s Report, and Indictments of the very same individuals named in her Whistleblower claims… I quess that’s because the law firm of Phelps,Dunbar didn’t do an investigation, in other words, they failed to do due diligence, and colluded with Roberts, TheRiot et al to cover up any immoral, unethical and/or illegal conduct on the part of Parish Officials like Whitmer, Wilkinson, Broussard, Barton, Bonano et al …
And by the way, all this hush hush about not disclosing what’s this all about because it’s a personnel matter pisses me off as much a the Judge sealing records … like the public records we pay for, we also pay these hugh salaries for people like Hart and Hilliard so we should be told what’s what … trust me everyone at the Yenni Building, the WestBank Gov’t Center and beyond, know the scoop … there are no secrets that are not known about the “elite politicos” who live in a bubble detached from you and I, the taxpayer who pays for all their SECRET BULLSHIT !!!

Brags about having the most kills in his rookie year as a police officer, that’s putting it nicely. He is verbally abusive and makes sure there is no one around when he does it.
