  3. Mixed metaphors are great. I think Fanning combined “skeletons in the closet” with “where the bodies are buried.” Either way, we all get his point. But Whitmer will be stealing from the taxpayers for years to come because his obnoxious pension cannot be halted. And please tell me how Fanning can know that Whitmer was a great Parish employee for so many years in spite of his “few mistakes” toward the end.

I’m interested to know who might have standing, or if there is a cause of action, to sue these thieves to block their pensions.

  4. Enema Girl needs to head over to sleepy Zurik’s FOX 8 house to wake him and the anal brains, news management up with ice cold enemas.

Come on Zurik get on your knees and get permission from the ” HOLY ROLLER” and the recently Blessed at the Vactican , Mr. Benson, to pursue this JP scandal in the manner and style of Val which the citizens deserve.

Val wherever you are we are forever indebted to you for your hard hitting extraction of information especially about Lil’ Napoleon’s Nova Scotia digs..

  5. The mixed metaphor here is not where the bones are buried …But where to bury the bone.

  7. Mixed metaphors or not, I can smell SCUM BAGS before I see them. And Whitmer and his wife are SCUM BAGS, among others. Ponder this: Whitmer’s untimely, forced resignation is alleged to have “cost” Whitmer”more than $850,000″ requiring that Whitmer must wait until 2015 to begin collecting his “lifetime pension” of $$170,000 per year. One must wonder if Whitmer’s annual pension benefit was artifically “inflated”, like Karen Parker’s and Tom Wilkinson’s annual pensions were “inflated” by their corrupt boss, who corruptly inflated their pensions by awarding them undeserved salary increases a a “quid pro quo” for criminal behavior. Something has to be done about a Stae pension system which allows CROOKED SONS-OF-BITCHES to collect ill-gotten pensions benefits while they serve “hard time” in the Federal Penitentiary for having violated their oaths of office and the public trust while they wer in office. And ponder this: The likes of “Mr. Fanning” might not be inclined to take cases like Whitmer’s (and his wife’s – she deserves at least as much “hard time’ as her husband) if Whitmer wasn’t guaranteed a $170,000 annual pension at the public teat. I sure hope that Fanning will “appropriate” a few years of his client’s annual pension, and that he can sleep at night. Ashton O’Dwyer.

  8. What’s irritating a lot of citizens is not so much where the “bones are” but the plea deals of misprison of one’s own felonies, not someone else; the slap on the wrist prison terms and the most feared assumed possibility that they won’t have to pay the Parish back thereby making political corruption very profitable if your the first rat running down the telephone line.

La.State Rep. Ligi’s proposed amendment to State Constitution is letting the Jefferson Scandal Scum off the hook ( to possibly start in Jan. 2013). Is this by accident or intention and why do we need a constitutional amendment to prevent Whitmer and Wilkinson from their jacked up, conspiratorial $180,000 year retirement payments. Also, Ms.” Poking Her” Parke,r who took $300,000 for a job she didn’t do a day’s work for, and her unearned inflated retirement salaries, that is if she lives to collect them.

In the T/P editorial, http://www.nola.com/opinions/index.ssf/2012/01cutting_off_public_pensions_of.html, its reported U.S.District Judge Carl Barbier ordered Pampy Barre who embezzled $1,000,000 “… to forgo a $30,000 a year pension ( from Orleans Parish), while De Cay had to give up almost $78,000 in employee contributions to pension fund.”

I see it as the duty of the assigned Federal Judges to do the same thing for Whitmer, Wilkinson, Parker and the any Parish official who gets a plea deal for being a “GOOD RAT”.
