Miss Piggy sends three more names to Obama for Federal Judge.
I have not heard anything about the latest batch of names sent by Mary Landrieu to Obama for the vacant article III judge slot in the Louisiana Middle District but when I see the name McGlinchey Stafford in someone’s pedigree I generally get the urge to shower.
Meantime a Landrieu nominee that I have heard lots about is Phelps Dunbar partner Susie Morgan and evidently word of her checkered past has made its way to the senate as her nomination will be receiving further scrutiny.
Having corrupt judges is a large part of the key to perpetuating the cycle of systemic corruption that has long had this area in a stranglehold. With Senators like Landrieu and Vitter making the recommendations I wouldn’t look for much to change.

For those of you who believe that “the Federal judicial confirmation process” has been improved since the Porteous impeachment hearings, GUESS AGAIN. If anything, the process has gotten WORSE. On Halloween afternoon, Stephen Higginson (an Assistant U.S. Attorney who works for Letten) was confirmed for a seat on the Federal Fifth “Circus” by a Senate vote of “88 to ZIP” (I don’t know where the “missing” 12 Senators were, and whether they “skipped out” on purpose to avoid saying something potentially embarrassing on the Senate floor). Anyway, a vote of “88 to ZIP” is, in my view, “Government by rubber stamp”. I say this because I OBJECTED to Higginson’s confirmation because I believe him to be a CRIMINAL. I wrote to the Senate Judiciary Committee, and to Senators Leahy, Grassley and Vitter, telling them that I averred that Higginson was at Camp Amtrak on September 20, 2005, and that he was a party to the brutalization, torture and false imprisonment that was inflicted on me there, and a co-conspirator. I suggested to the recipients of my written objections that Higginson should be examined under oath to account for his whereabouts on September 20, 2005. However, Higginson was NEVER ASKED ONE QUESTION UNDER OATH BY ANY SENATOR. I also charged Higginson with obstructing justice and engaging in a “cover-up” of his activities on September 20, 2005, in order to protect himself and his colleagues within Letten’s office, including particularly Michael Magner, who I ACTUALLY SAW AT CAMP AMTRAK , and a host of other Federal employees (Camp Amtrak was a “Federal Law Enforcement Coordination Center”). Another claim against Higginson was that he abused the power of his office as an Assistant U.S. Attorney by failing to investigate, much less prosecute, the violation of my civil rights at Camp Amtrak on September 20, 2005, and then participated in my criminal persecution for a “make believe” crime with unnamed and unidentifiable victims, so that I would be embarrassed, humiliated, discredited or “worse”, which was calculated to proveid Higginson, Magner and others similarly situated with “cover”. Higginson signed the Government’s appellate briefs in the criminal case against me, which was dismissed on September 27, 2011. All of this was extensively presented to the Senate Judiciary Committee, and to Leahy, Grassley and Vitter, WITHOUT ONE QUESTION BEING ASKED, although Vitter used part of his time to applaud Higginson for his law enforcement efforts in the aftermath of KATRINA. To say that I am “upset” by the “88 to ZIP” Senate vote on Higginson’s confirmation to the Fifth “Circus”, a LIFETIME appointment, is an understatement, but there’s nothing I can do about it short of unearthing a witness with personal knowledge who will confirm that Higginson was “in” on the “Reign of Terror” which Kimball, Plattsmier and others unleashed against me over 6 years ago. Sen. Mary Landrieu has recommended three Baton Rouge attorneys to President Barack Obama as possible replacements for U.S. District Judge “Ralph Tyson, who died in July. The attorneys are Shelly D. Dick, Christine Lipsey and Winston G. Decuir Jr. Landrieu issued a written statement saying she is confident the three are the best candidates to serve as judge in the Baton Rouge-based Middle District federal court. Decuir, 38, now a partner in the Baton Rouge firm of Decuir, Clark & Adams, is a cum laude graduate in economics and history from Amherst College in 1995. He received his law degree in 1998 from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at LSU, where he was an associate member of the LSU Law Review. He has taught labor and employment law as an adjunct professor at Southern University Law Center. Lipsey, 59, is a partner in McGlinchey Stafford. She earned her bachelor’s and law degrees from LSU. She has served on the Louisiana Public Defender Board, and she teaches ethics and professionalism as an adjunct law professor at LSU. Dick, 52, is a founding partner in the Baton Rouge firm of Forrester & Dick. For the past three years, she has served the Louisiana Workforce Commission as an ad hoc hearing officer in the Office of Worker’s Compensation. Son-of-a-bitch! I was informed months ago by a Member of the SLABBED Nation that my “biggest” problem was Senator Mary Landrieu (a Democrat, lest you forhget) who had handed a written brief to Jim Letten which indcuded the statement (or words to this effect): “Hey, Cocksuck! You want to keep your pitiful job under a Democratic Administration, notwithstanding the fact that you are a Republican? Well here’s what you’ve got to do.” And one of the “missions” Letten was dispatched on was: KILL ASHTON O”DWYER. I remained under criminal indictment for “NOTHING” for almost two (2) years. Then we had Higginson, who was at Camp Amtrak, nominated to the Fifth “Circus”. Shelly Dick was appointed ad hoc judge in the Office of Worker’s Compensation to “handle” the PPO litigation. She was singlehandedly responsible for the boondoggle that allowed medical providers who had contracted with comp carriers for PPO patients to disavow the contract and fleece comp carriers and TPA’s to the tune of BILLIONS. Yes, you read that right. It was like a scene from “Office Space” where they try to figure out how to scam pennies into millions. She is no more qualified to be a federal judge than my dog. God help us all!

O’Dwyer: Men are usually more forgiving of each other but certain types of women, forget it . If you said something offensive, though maybe true, about Miss Piggy or possibly her friend, Chiefass “Kissass” Kimball, well you will be on their ” KILL BILL” list till you or they shut eyes and until hell freezes over.

Gate’ : Great music spin for Ashton.I can assure you that your Creator has decided that your survival has new purpose which may be soon revealed to you.
The natural, wisest man would certainly suggest to you now is the right time to get your law license back which, like your freedom, was unjustly taken from you. But is that in your Creator’s plan to happen exactly now is the question. Only by asking Him can you discern your new, true direction.
